This is an awesome school. In my last school I suffered bullying, and neglect for my dyslexic needs. This school is filled with lovely people, and I’m receiving the help and support I need to do my work. I’m doing really well with my work thanks to all my teachers.

I have attended Bridgend Christian School since the age of 4 and am grateful for the opportunities that have been presented to me. These opportunities have consisted not only of academic achievements , but also chances to build my emotional and spiritual character. Over the years I have matured into a place of faith & trust in God. The school has helped guide me and nurture me into a strong young Christian ready to embrace the opportunities of Higher Education and the working world.

During the time that I have attended Bridgend Christian School I’ve grown in character, spirituality, and in academics. Character wise, BCS focuses on developing the students’ character so that the child can serve God and people to the best of their ability. In spirituality, I feel that BCS has helped me gain that relationship with God that I wouldn’t have achieved elsewhere. Academically, BCS, because of its individualized system, helped me gain my GCSE equivalents at the age of 14. BCS has a great atmosphere and great teachers that are always there for you

I love this school, the teachers always encourage me and make me feel so loved and they teach us how much God loves us too =)
It’s nice to pray and worship together. I really appreciate BRIDGEND CHRISTIAN SCHOOL! Thank you! =)

This school is amazing. We can pray and worship without other people thinking its weird and we can come as we are. No-one is judged on how they look or act, but first loved as one of God’s dear children. We are shown we can do anything and achive anything if we trust in God and keep going. Philippians 4:13 “I can do anything through Christ. . . ” =)

At first our children attended the school due to issues at their state school. Within days we noticed a dramatic change in their happiness. I noticed how polite all the Seniors were, willing to help & encourage the younger pupils.
The school does not have many facilities that a state school has, but the love & support that the school provides, more than makes up for this.

Our daughters attend Bridgend Christian School smiling and eager to go which speaks for itself! The teachers are wonderful and dedicated to the welfare of our children. They receive real Pastoral care. We know the staff are in agreement with us, always wanting the very best for our children. The school is sowing sound seeds into our children’s lives. We are so grateful for the privilege of our girls attending Bridgend Christian School. We thank God for this very special ministry and for the staff who are obedient to His call. God bless you all.

My daughter was 11 years old when she joined Bridgend Christian School. Having been diagnosed as having Dyspraxia and other Autistic Spectrum Disorders, she was about 2 years behind in her development academically an emotionally. The tailor made curriculum of ACE met her needs exactly and she soon began to improve her reading & writing ability. She has now been removed from the SEN (Special Educational Needs) register and is working at her correct age ability. All of her needs have been met in Bridgend Christian School; academically, emotionally and spiritually.

Before my son arrived at Bridgend Christian School he had been bullied for several years and it had a severe affect on him. He was very poor at academic subjects and would not participate in any form of sport. He had great difficulty interacting with his peers and in fact he preferred to spend all his time in his room away from the world and its pressures. As a parent, I was very concerned.
Luckily for us, Bridgend Christian School were willing to take my son as a pupil and I am immensely grateful to them for doing so. He has made rapid improvement in every area, his academic subjects have showed drastic improvement and his reading has reached a very high standard. He now enjoys sports and participates in all kinds showing real promise. He interacts well with adults and his peers and I am very proud of the young man he is becoming.
I contribute this change directly to the school and its wonderful staff, particularly Helen, Elspeth & Jade, who have been with my son during all his difficulties, helping & guiding him to make good choices.
I am forever in their debt and believe that it is the Christian standards of the school that has made such a fantastic difference to my son. The staff are being guided by God and real Christian values and therefore are so well equipped to deal with the compassion, love & discipline they need.
My son summed it up the first time we met Helen at the school. When he was asked afterwards what the teacher was like he said “wonderful”.
